The property and especially the cottage 14 was absolutely fabulous. Loved everything at the cottage: the surroundings, the view, the fireplace. The cottage was beautifully decorated. Didn't get time to enjoy the swimming pool and the huge outside fireplace.

Tranquility and spending quality time are the main things we were looking for and that is exactly what we got. Beautiful views, away from our usual busy city life. The place was clean, great staff - very welcoming. We felt like we were part of the family and the team made great suggestions on local restaurants to visit for dinner. The complimentary wine tasting and wine in our suite were highly appreciated. We did not feel the impact of loadshedding because the house had a back up power supply. The second day of our stay was a cold day but we had wine and a fire place in our suite to make everything alright.

From recommending the best local attractions to sharing stories about life on the farm, they made us feel like cherished friends rather than mere guests. In conclusion, our time at the Chambray Estate - The Terraces in the Vines Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary. Loved the Rhodesian Ridgbacks, the friendliness of the management, the new plunge pool for the cottage and the comfort of the cottage.
