The port is the main place to be, where restaurants and shops are. There is a big hotel with Golf and SPA nearby and the Mercadona super market (closed on Sundays). For those who like the beach, sub and surf that's your spot. It's a really cozy and welcoming corner of Andalusia, with a village vibe and the necessary amenities that anyone can ask for while on vacation.

Its a great location around the port, the beach is a short walk, all the restaurants are good round port with free tapas cooked to very high standard and presentation. There is golf nearby and supermarkets . Its very clean and the beaches are long and natural. You can also park near to the sand.

Almerimar Marina is very nice to walk around and there are a few very good restaurants for fish, paella and seafood etc. Most of the restaurants in the area are just very good value but quite basic food....essentially you have a choice. Lovely beaches and long promenades and a large lake make for some nice scenery. A good place for a relaxing holiday.

Small Spanish town with quite a lot to do including; day boat trips, inflatables in the water and water sports on the beach. If you’re not one for activities, it’s a great place to relax on the two beaches and in the large range of cafes and restaurants. Is suitable for both families and couples.

The balcony had a view over the pool and golf course area. The large bathroom was comprised of a separate bath/shower wet room, toilet/bidet, and a sink area. The hotel has a beautifully landscaped pool area with a lifeguard, sun loungers, complimentary towels and a separate spa pavilion. The buffet breakfast was amazing: fresh fruit, a variety of breads and pastries, cereals, meat, cheeses, and a chef cooking fresh eggs, bacon and pancakes.
