Great location, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room with view, spotless cleanliness. The hotel has great architecture and I will definitely come back.

This innovatively designed hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao. The hotel was very nice and quiet. They also offered a very nice inexpensive breakfast. The location was perfect in Casco Viejo- close to restaurants, cafes, boutiques and walking distance to train station and Guggenheim museum.

El Sercotel Arenal Bilbao gaudeix d'una ubicació magnífica al centre de Bilbao, a 100 metres del teatre Arriaga i l'estació de metro de Casco Viejo i a 300 metres de la catedral de Santiago. The women at the front desk were excellent and super helpful. The staff at breakfast were also terrific.
