Este hotel con encanto ocupa una bonita casa unifamiliar histórica que se reformado cuidadosamente y está situada en el centro histórico de Granada. The hotel itself is beautiful, and is an amazing option for being right in the Albaicin BUT with convenient parking! The highlight though without a doubt has to be the host... Ingo gives attention to all guests to make you truly feel at home. We had a limited time in Granada and he went over with us detailed suggestions for a possible walking route to take, places to eat, and directions on how to get to the Alhambra for our morning tour (when he spotted a potential discrepancy in our palace entry time and our tour guide's meeting time, he immediately took the initiative and called the tour company for us to clear it up). For those who worry about arriving in the Albaicin by car, the directions to the parking are excellent (even including a short video) and while the streets are a bit narrow, the parking garage itself is spacious and very comfortable to park in. As others have mentioned, the bus to the Alhambra is very simple to navigate, and leaves just 15 meters away from the hotel. (Ingo recommends taking the bus there and then walking back--wise advice so that you're fresh and ready for a lengthy tour, but can still enjoy the pleasant park and streets on the return route). Another highlight is the hotel's welcoming attitude towards those who have checked out but need a place to leave luggage and even rest up with some tea/fresh lemonade before actual departure. Aside from all this praise, we found the hotel services to all be excellent--a comfortable bed, a very clean bathroom, a tasty breakfast (with the option of a picnic breakfast for those who have an early booked Alhambra tour...). All in all an excellent choice for a Granada stay. And thank you again Ingo for making our visit such a delight!

It is a beautiful 16th century house, in which the historic atmosphere is still fully present. The house has a beautiful patio. The house is located in the historic district of Albacin close to the Alhambra, which is visible from the house. We had a very spacious room. The host is very friendly and gave many tips. Due to its location in the old district, the house is somewhat difficult to reach, only on foot, via narrow streets with stairs, but that is part of the experience of staying in a historic district.

El Palacio de Santa Inés, del siglo XVI, está situado en el barrio del Albaicín, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, a 5 minutos a pie de la catedral de Granada. El desayuno buffet era maravilloso, algo para todos, incluso para personas con intolerancias alimentarias. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable y está perfectamente situado. El personal es muy amable y complaciente.
