The place is completely new with a high standard decoration We are definitely to stay in this accommodation in the future. I would like to say just one inconvenience that it has. The guest has to do the checkout at 11 a.m., and you can't leave your luggage if you want it because there is no place for the luggage inside it. So you have to leave the room with all your own suitcases

Apartamento 12 de Octubre, Almendrales is located in Madrid, just 3.2 miles from Retiro Park and 3.3 miles from Puerta del Sol. The appartement is nice, clean, well organized with many bedrooms. Hosts were wonderful, very kind and helpful All transport facilities are close to the appartement. We very enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience, beautiful interior. The thought was put into every little detail in this apartment, beautiful matching scent and shower gel matching with the vibe of the whole apartment. They also provide a washing powder for the washing machine which is really nice. I personally visited alone but would definitely recommend for a couple. The host was also very responsive and helpful.
