Vík town centre is within 20 minutes’ drive, while Skógarfoss Waterfall is even closer. Beautiful place. Remote but yet close to Vik. Good base to explore other places like Skaftafell, Jokusarlon... Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Although the bathrooms were shared, it didn't feel shared at all. The staff were friendly and the dinner was just yum! Highly recommend. We miss this place already!

Guests at the farm stay can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Cora's place was wonderful and comfortable! Everything was exceptionally clean, the room was bright and cozy, the kitchen extremely well-equipped and well-organised with a large window. And even though it's close to Reykjavik (40m by car), we managed to see some auroras here!

Set on a traditional Icelandic farm, Setberg Guesthouse is located outside of Höfn, a 14-minute drive from the seaside village centre. Located at the foot of mountains, you can enjoy the impressive view from the room or go hiking for a closer look. Conformable accommodation, everything you need and even more. Kind host, fantastic panorama.

Free WiFi is available. We really enjoyed our stay! We love the area, the cosy cottage, katrín the owner and of course the main attraction- the world friendliest dog- Mosy :) We always love to come back!

Just off the famous Route 1 Ring Road outside Hvolsvöllur, this property offers 4 individually furnished, simple and bright rooms with 2 shared bathrooms and a communal kitchen/lounge. Parking and WiFi are free. The guesthouse is situated in the basement of the building, whilst the owner‘s family lives on the upper floor. Quiet and quaint but still with the hostel-like atmosphere to meet people.

Set 8.3 km from Seljalandsfoss and 38 km from Skogafoss Waterfall, Stóra-Mörk III Guesthouse provides accommodation in Stora Mork. This farm stay offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. The accommodation features private check-in and check-out and a shared lounge for guests. It was a shame we checked-in late (10.30pm) therefore we were not able to enjoy the place to the fullest. It was an amazing place to stay with a nice kitchen. The views were stunning and breakfast was good. We wish to stay longer but we have to rush off the next day.
