Rooms have a private bathroom. lovely to stay in traditional big Italian house. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely dogs. A pool. bed room comfortable and bathroom was huge. could buy their own farm Olive oil. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was easy to get to Orvieto from the location (by car).

The location is good with easy trips to Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. We had no problem finding the place with good directions provided. The setting is great with a beautiful view. Excellent food and wine, great pool and the best hospitality.

Great view over the lake. Personal approach delivered by the owner. Note, this place is rather remote, you would need to have your own car to travel around easily.

Loved this accommodation. Hosts were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Brilliant zoo, great view, close to town, amazing breakfast. We only stayed 1 night but didn't want to leave.
