There was a misunderstanding with something I ordered for dinner. These things happen when you don't speak the native language. Even though I insisted on paying, they did not charge me. Very professional!! The most important of all - Congratulations to the chef ---- magnificent cuisine!!! ADVICE FOR PILGRIMS---treat yourself and go to Escalante. You don't have to stay in Laredo, Santoña, Noja, etc. Escalante is a 15min. bus ride away. Buses run all day. Check it out.
