Location was great - lots of shops close by and I recommend La Pimienta Rosa for paella. The room was clean and AC was welcome. Good kitchen with lots of space in the fridge. Our family room was on the 3rd floor and was not at all noisy, which I had worried about from reading other reviews. overall, well priced for Benicassim.

It is a new building which is very tastefully designed and decorated with an excellent air conditioning system. The room and bathroom facilities are top standard and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and there is always someone there to make sure you can have anything else you might need. Great location too near the town centre but still quiet. The beach is at walking distance.

Bus station 1 minute from the house. 20 minutes to old town, 20 minutes to Castellon. At the same time quiet district, no bar noise in night, which is great for family. Well equipped: juicer, small coffee machine, all necessary for food preparation. Host is very helpful.
