The location was ideal -- right on Plaza Nueva in Casco Viejo (the most popular square in the best part of town). Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was strong and stable. Security was outstanding -- four combination locks separating our room from the street.

The check in staff were really helpful and friendly. Inago drew us a map to see some of the sights and another staff member helped book us a taxi for a very early morning flight.
