The breakfast room is beautifully decorated with arts from all over the world, but has an authentic Spanish feel to it. The house has a homely feeling and has a nice fire for winter nights. The host has a lot of well explained walking routes and if you are lucky, you can take the the dog!

We enjoyed learning about the history of the area, the nice walking/hiking paths through the Sierra, and enjoying the friendly local villagers. The accommodations are modest. The posada is a rustic, historic old house that has been updated and provides all your basic needs. Breakfast is provided and is very good. When not out exploring the area, we enjoyed sitting on the veranda overlooking the garden or chatting and having a glass of wine one of the common areas.
