My husband has coeliac disease and this appeared to be no problem -- GF bread was provided for him. We had plenty of space in the room and the decoration in the hotel was eclectic and charming. It was all very well done.

There are nice sceneries, caves, villages and great walks nearbye in this mountenous nature area. We chose a walk to a beautiful waterfall (Cascade). Juan Michel and his wife run this Posada and the restaurant. The food and wines in this restaurant nominated by Michelin is superb! We stayed 2 nights but would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommended and we plan to come again.
