The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. She offered and later booked us a taxi to where we were headed. She also guided us on how to use the metro / train as we were not 100% sure. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, she also thanks us for our stay when we left.

Bathroom was large, with overhead shower, ideal for tall guests. Room was fitted with a minifridge, and a 2l bottle of water was provided each day by housekeeping. Hotel was quiet, and windows able to be opened wide.
