Featuring a garden and terrace, Posada del Castaño offers rooms in Castaño del Robledo. Situated in Sierra Aracena Natural Park, the property offers free Wi-Fi throughout.

All rooms include marble floors. Each has a bathroom with shower. Guests can use the fully equipped shared kitchen with stove, oven and coffee machine. They can relax in the shared lounge with library, which has 150 English books.

This was just what we were looking for - a small, quiet country village. We enjoyed learning about the history of the area, the nice walking/hiking paths through the Sierra, and enjoying the friendly local villagers. The accommodations are modest. The posada is a rustic, historic old house that has been updated and provides all your basic needs. Breakfast is provided and is very good. When not out exploring the area, we enjoyed sitting on the veranda overlooking the garden or chatting and having a glass of wine one of the common areas.

Room was very quiet as on the edge of the village. Beds comfortable. Restaurant in hotel normal prices and handy as in the village the options available dont seem to be good according to Tripadvisor.Food quite good but restaurant doesn't open until 21.00 and for breakfast we had to wait until 9.00 am
