Great place, wonderful! Free use of kitchen, washing machine/dryer, nice swimming pool, aircon, book exchange, lift, 7 min walk from train. 10min max walk to centre, 24hr reception. Helpful very nice staff. Can buy coffee or Spanish breakfast if you don't want to cook yourself. Many different types of rooms available---I had a big double with Queen bed but they have quadruples, family rooms, etc. I would never stay anywhere else if/when I come to Merida again. Was even sorry to leave!

I would totally recommend this hostel! I was nervous because it was my first time travelling alone as a sceptical young women and I was absolutely feeling safe and welcomed the whole time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hostel is only 5 min away from the city centre, where all the monuments are. 10 out of 10!

Great location, comfortable beds and amazing air conditioning. Everything was super clean. Highly recommend! They also have an elevator!

A very quiet and friendly little hotel. The staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful and our room was comfortable and had a little terrace which was perfect for sitting out in the evenings and for breakfast. Parking in the street is easy and safe and the hotel has its own parking as well.

The location for this space is wonderful. It's basically in the heart of Merida which means it's about a 10 minute walk (max) to get anywhere. The facilities at the hotel were also lovely. The room itself was a little bare-bones but not in a bad way, it just felt clean and open. The absolute best part though was the pool. Even though it's small it's an absolute must in the Spanish summer heat (as is the air conditioner in the room). As a single woman I felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were all very lovely and accomodating even with my limited Spanish.

the rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice and could speak fluent english. i had a small room for myself and enjoyed it. good place to stay!
