Emily is one of the most hospitable and charming people I’ve ever met. So is the atmosphere in the Alpujarra Guesthouse. We enjoyed peaceful evenings and great breakfast at the terrace with some outstanding views. Perched high in the mountains, this place gives you some extra views for Alpujarra and even the coastline. My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in Pampaneira. We loved the hostal -- really nice people, good food, comfortable rooms, great location (just a few steps from the bus stop), right in the heart of the village.

This was a darling apartment. It was typical to the region and a great experience for that reason alone, but also it was clean, cozy and roomy with a working fireplace and good kitchen. There is also a lovely private garden. The owner greeted us and showed us everything with pride and had complimentary Cava Cava and chocolate waiting for us upon our arrival.

a very lovely Hostel in a fabulous location. there are so many things to like about this place. Firstly the hosts Maria and Francisco make you feel welcome and at home away from home. the common area is very welcoming. they had apples walnuts and chestnuts from their own property which they shared freely. there was lovely terraces to relax in. the shower was the best in our travels. they also have breakfast available if you want it. It is a special place for sure!💗

Perfect for the bus which takes you up to walk Mulhacen. The bus stop is right opposite. Nice little mountain room - exactly what I expected and needed.

Really nice experience, after a nice day in aplujarras we decided last minute to stay overnight. We could check in late and the staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was cozy and had a fireplace (for which you can purchase wood from the owners). The breakfast toast was delicious!
