El Ciervo is located in the quiet town of Villaciervos, 14 km from the historic town of Soria. Surrounded by a nature reserve, this guesthouse is located 1180 metres above sea level.

The dining room has a rustic design with wooden furniture and a big fireplace. The restaurant serves typical local dishes such as roast lamb, stews or traditional desserts like fried milk and apple cake. There is also a tapas bar.

A lovely little hotel run by hosts Susanna and Sergio, who couldn't be more accomodating. I immediately felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Lovely room with an extremely comfy bed, a great little restaurant with a delicious menu on offer, along with a tasty breakfast made this hotel a delight to stay in. Should I ever pass through Soria again I would definitely make a return visit.

    This is a little gem situated right off the road N122 between Soria and Valladolid *on our trip between Barcelona and Portugal( in a miniature village with a church and only a back street. Perfect for a stop over. Very friendly dog lover owner, easy access - we were awaited, it seems. A restaurant and bar are on site - we only had breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Our room was quiet enough as it faced the back of the building. Very well priced.
