Very clean, some necessary cleaning bits are provided for the first days.

Plenty of parking in the area. The apartment is new and clean with lots of amenities. Everthing's fine. Comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. A comfortable extra bed instead of a sofa bed. Cool gear to take with you to the beach. I would highly recommend.
