We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely accommodation. The host Matteo was incredibly kind and helpful going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His tips for eating out both close to the apartment and in the other city's districts were incredible (I am only sorry we had not enough time to try all of them :) The location was very good with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk (10 min) away from the Vatican (the northern side, entrance to Vatican museums). If you need to buy groceries there are many within several minutes walk. The apartment itself was immaculate and well appointed. I also appreciated the quiet surroundings, the room was completely noise free. Needless to say, check-in was a breeze. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. I won't be looking for other places to stay on my next visit to Rome

Parking ticket is also provided and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating!

This place really delighted us. We travelled with 2 kids and the dog. The apartment was big and comfortable. The bedroom was connected with a big covered terrace, where we could rest or dry our clothes. Bathroom was equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. In the kitchen there was everything we needed. Entrance to the apartment with the individual code. Decoration of the apartment was really beautiful and modern. And the surrounding of the building was also amazing. Soft grass, nice swimming pool with sun loungers around, bar with drinks and snacks and a place for kids to play ball. The distance to Rome was about 25 minutes with our own car. We had a great time 😁

Cozy House dispõe de acomodações em Tivoli, a 22 km de Estação de Metro de Rebibbia, 27 km de Porta Maior e 27 km de Universidade de Roma "La Sapienza". A perfect spot as you can easily bus or train to Rome and it is a short bus ride up the hill to Tivoli. Easy parking and straightforward to find. Stefano was a superb host. He was friendly and welcoming and contacted us during our stay to check we were all OK. The unit is private and set up beautifully. We highly recommend staying at Cozy House!

Micaela and Mirco are warm and welcoming and will provide you with all the support and information you will need for a wonderful time. The apartment is decorated to be super cute, comfortable and very efficient! It is centrally located, a 1 km walk to the town center. Also there is a delicious Pizzerias a few steps away. It is sparkling clean, roomy enough for a family of 3-4, and has everything you need to cook your own meals if you wish to. And the bed is super comfortable!

It is advised to travel to the property by car. It seems the apartment used to be part of the family house; it appears untouched since, providing a very cosy atmosphere (books, childrens'toys, etc.). -- Fully functional kitchen available. -- Nice landlady helped us out by washing our clothes. -- Good value for money,
