The place is very high quality and very clean. The 2 bathrooms and common area are clean and modern. Even a coffee machine, teas and muffins.. very quiet on a pedestrian alley next to a famous pedestrian street. The nicest air BNB type place I've been in.

A recently renovated property, Un Lugar House San Telmo -Coliving is situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria near Calle Triana, Casa Museo Colon and Perez Galdos House Museum. Cinthya was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to provide helpful tips and suggestions for things to do in the area. The room was clean and very comfortable. The apartment had plenty of space to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. The terrace was a highlight of my stay, offering a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or a peaceful evening under the stars. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Offering a shared lounge and mountain view, Vv CONDEVEGA is located in Telde, 41 km from Yumbo Centre and 43 km from Aqualand Maspalomas. An amazing stay! Room was cosy and clean, enough big for us. Wonderful staff, very helpful and caring. We definitely recommend this place! We would stay at the same one again! :)

Great attention to detail and very friendly hosts. The temperature was in the 30’s and mid twenties at night I asked for and was immediately provided with a stand fan💝 Location perfect. Cleanliness perfect. Wonderful terrace and relaxation area with second kitchen on the roof. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Cinthya and staff💖
