The place is very high quality and very clean. The 2 bathrooms and common area are clean and modern. Even a coffee machine, teas and muffins.. very quiet on a pedestrian alley next to a famous pedestrian street. The nicest air BNB type place I've been in.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated ACORAN FAMILY provides accommodation with barbecue facilities and free WiFi. This place is amazing, very peaceful, and the host is absolutely great. We loved our time there and can only recommend it !

You can enjoy them from top kitchen/porch, lower kitchen/ hall or (in our case) room with the special view. Fenomenal. Place is extremely clean and very well organised. There's everything you may need and Kryspin- the host - is very kind and helpful if you need assistance but also gives you privacy and space. You do need to walk up the hill to get there but twisted stairs with few little junctions make it actually very entertaining journey- for us it only added to whole experience :)

A recently renovated property, Un Lugar House San Telmo -Coliving is situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria near Calle Triana, Casa Museo Colon and Perez Galdos House Museum. I truly enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, which featured numerous windows that allowed the perfect amount of light to fill the space. The kitchen was fully equipped, catering to all my needs. The location couldn't have been better, offering convenience right at my doorstep. Spending time on the terrace, sipping tea, and taking in the surroundings was a highlight of my stay. Cinthya is exceptionally friendly and incredibly supportive, always ready to assist with anything you might require. She is responsive and radiates warmth, making her a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place for those looking for an ideal spot for remote work or simply to enjoy a vacation. The ambiance is conducive to productivity and relaxation alike.

Featuring garden views, CoLiving El Toro provides accommodation with terrace, around 2 km from Las Alcaravaneras. Very nice place to stay. Highly recommended.
