The service is very kind and always happy to help. The room was clean and fresh sheets, no bunk bed - instead proper beds. There was a variety of food provided, which was tasty, a lovely front yard, and a great location.

Room and bed was really clean and my room had private toilet. Also there’s shared toilet and shower in every floor. Location is also nice. Very near to the church.

Set in the heart of Ponferrada's historic centre, Albergue Guiana is just 2 minutes' walk from the Templars Castle, Encina Basilica and the Museum of Bierzo y de la Radio. The stuff super helpful, the room was very well cleaned

This a little oasis away from the Camino hostels. Just beautiful and calm and literally two minutes away from the Camino. Such a wonderful day spent with the owner Fernando where he spoiled us silly and made the most exquisite dinner for us.

The village/town is very nice. The hostel had all facilities with a fully stocked kitchen and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The outside terrace is amazing for an incredible sunset!
