The staff was very friendly and the common area was very comfortable and nice! Very clean and good facilities. The staff including Chico from Argentina and Martin were very nice to me! Thank you Martin for getting me out when I got locked in the bathroom

Near from bars and main bar clubs of Palma. Also, super easy access to the port if you need to take a ferry. On the other hand, you have a supermarket just 1 block away and a pharmacy 2 blocks away which was very helpful in my case since I had to receive medical assistance during my time there.

The hostel was great, very nice and clean, everyone was very polite and kind! I loved my stay there with my friends. The only downside is the guests who complain about everything and those who don't make a point of having proper personal hygiene.

The location !!!! In a quiet corner of downtown Palma. Perfect location. Staff was super friendly! The pods were nice and clean.
