This cozy and great Duplex of 75 m² is located in the Barrio del Pilar in the north of Madrid, with direct entrance from the street, without steps. In front of the Vaguada shopping center. A few meters away we find metro station Barrio del Pilar line 9 and buses 147, 815 and 83. With a large avenue for walking, the Pilar park and various stores and restaurants without the need for transportation. THE SPACE: As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: Upstairs: *American kitchen with all the utensils for cooking, microwave, refrigerator and oven. *Living room with sofa, TV, small table and dining table. *Full bathroom. Downstairs: Two bedrooms both with double bed and full bathroom with bathtub accessible from the 2 bedrooms. Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, linens and hand soap included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
