The apartment occupies part of the old premises of the former transport company Alsina-Graells (hence its name) and is located in the center of town, close to train and bus stations and with easily parking on the same street. The cozy apartment has on the ground floor, where the entrance hall is located, a space to store skis, bicycles or any other equipment. The stairs goes you to the first floor of the duplex where there is the living-dining room, the kitchen, the double bedroom and the bathroom. The second floor of the duplex is accessed by stairs from the kitchen and there is the living room with two beds.
Conxita (trempoline by birth) and her husband Carles (born in Barcelona but adopted from Pallars) run this duplex-apartment and are at your disposal so that you can enjoy the hospitality of Pallars, as well as host that will indicate the multiple offers to enjoy the city of Tremp, its region and its neighbors (both cultural, naturalistic, landscape, geological, sports or tourist).
This apartment can be the basis for exploring the charms of the Pallars Jussà and its cozy capital, Tremp. A paradise for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, kite watching ... By car, you can reach in a few kilometers the border castles of the 11th century of Mur (and its Collegiate Church) and Llordà, as well as charming villages such as Abella de la Conca, Llimiana, Rivert, Salas de Pallars ( with its renowned Shops-Museum), Talarn, Pobla de Segur (with unique Modernist buildings in the Pyrenees), Orcau ... Also in the centenary hydroelectric power stations of Capdella and Talarn with their exhibition spaces. Special mention should be made of the geological singularities that have allowed the creation of the Unesco World Geopark "Origins in the Catalan Pyrenees" such as the remains of fossils of the last dinosaurs in Europe, the Collegats or Tarradets gorges, the Basturs lakes, the vall Fosca (Dark valley)... The attractions of the small town of Tremp can be reached in a few minutes on foot: the "Epicenter" (tourist space), the basilica of Valldeflors, the Rambla Dr. Pearson, the walk of geological times and the rock garden, the house-museum of Father Manyanet ...
