Comfortable apartment located in the Cerrado de Calderon neighborhood (lower part), 5 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes from Morlaco Park (the largest in the capital) and 100 meters from the commercial area with excellent restaurants and services. Ideal for couples and families. It has a bedroom with a double bed (190x150cms), a living room with a sofa bed (190x140cms), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi (high speed), smart TV (with all kinds of channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney +, etc.), a fully renovated kitchen and equipped. Private terrace. Very quiet community pool surrounding the street (150 meters), open from May to October. 400 meters from Malaca Instituto - Spanish School in Málaga (Spain). 3km from the center and 11km from the airport. About the pool: It is a shared community-shared pool but normally quiet, officially open between May and October to access it you have to go down the street, up some stairs and up the street above the urbanization (a total of about 150 meters). Detailed instructions will be given on arrival for its use. We have free travel crib, high chair and baby bath.
We want your stay to be perfect, the hosts are at your disposal to resolve any questions, problems or needs at all times.
Located in a neighborhood with all kinds of amenities such as Supersol supermarket, quality restaurants such as Ababor Marisquería , Hoy cocino yo, Tuk Tuk Noodles, Taxi Angus Burger, Verum restaurante el asador, Ummo, etc. For breakfast places like La Canasta or No Piqui. There are also gourmet bakeries, pharmacy, stationery-tobacconist, hairdressers, beauty centers, gym, etc. In 5 minutes you can walk to the beach of Los Baños del Carmen. The center is about 3 kms walking along the promenade. A 2-minute walk is the Morlaco Park, the largest green area within the capital of Malaga. There is a children's playground a few meters away. There is a bus stop (line 33) and taxis very close. There is free parking in the area, both in front of the property and in surrounding streets.
