Fantástico apartamento distribuido en Salón, dos dormitorios, 2 baños, amplia cocina ( con zona -comedor) lavadero, agradable y amplia terraza (con mobiliario y sol de mañana) y plaza de aparcamiento en superficie numerada.. El apartamento se encuentra situado dentro de la urbanización Costa Esuri (Ayamonte), concretamente en Residencial *Vista Esuri.* El campo de golf de Costa Esuri (Valle Guadiana Links) se encuentra a escasos metros del residencial. Puede disfrutar de 4 zonas distintas de baño, con 4 piscinas grandes y 4 pequeñas, sin horario de piscina y que permanecen abiertas todo el año, con unas preciosas y cuidadas zonas de césped y jardines. El alojamiento es muy amplio, recientemente amueblado, provisto de todo lo necesario para pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones. Situado en el Algarbe español, entre el puente de Portugal y Ayamonte precioso y pintoresco pueblo a orillas del Guadiana. Portugal, playas del Algarbe como Montegordo y Praia Verde están muy cercanas(14 km) , Ayamonte 3km y las amplias y maravillosas playas de Isla Canela y Punta del Moral 8km. Puede realizar sus compras en el cercano supermercado Coviran, en la misma urbanización.
