Property info

Yoli house flats, consists of a 1 bedroom flat and a studio, both have air conditioning in the living room, free wifi, mini kitchen open to the living room and communal terrace with sun loungers on the roof. The studio is No.2, and has wonderful views of the sea and coastline, the 1 bedroom flat is No.3. On the landing to the terrace is the communal washing machine and on the terrace is the communal clothes drying area. There is a communal barbecue. Both are decorated with modern furniture and are practical and functional properties to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Neighborhood info

Maro is a hamlet of Nerja, just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Nerja and the crystal clear waters of Maro beach, considered one of the best beaches in Spain. This is where you will find the well known caves of Nerja, a visit not to be missed. In the vicinity of the flats there are pharmacies, local grocery shops, typical tapas bars and cafes near the main square of Maro, next to the church. It is a quiet and picturesque area that still retains the charm of a typical Andalusian village. It should be noted that at the beginning of September, from the 6th to the 10th, although these dates may vary a few days, is the Maro fair, a typical popular festival, as well as from the 31st to the 1st of November which is the Maroween festival, events that will cause noise both day and night.
