Living room, SAM, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, Shower room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces, garden furniture, gas BBQ with plancha, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, 3 paddle courts, a mini football field. The apartment is equipped with a TV with DVD and Satellite for French channels (living room) and another with DVD player in one of the bedrooms. The apartment is located 1 hour from Reus airport (100 kms), 1h30 from Valencia airport (160 kms) and 2 h from Barcelona airport (200 kms). For your convenience, we supply sheets, towels, washcloths. On the back terrace there is also all the equipment to enjoy the facilities (tennis and paddle rackets, ping-pong paddles, soccer ball)
"My wife and I are lovers of Spain and its pleasures. In addition, the Castellon / Valencia region is incredibly beautiful and full of diverse discoveries (cities, fortified villages, water park, nature reserves, mountains, beaches, ...... " We are very attentive to people, are available by mail or telephone for any inquiry that our tenants would need.
The property is located within an area with golf, bars and restaurants, promenade. It has all the comfort you would expect, in a quiet area, surrounded by olive and orange fields, yet close to the beaches and the town (12 kms). Golf of 18 holes (80 hectares), taverns / restaurants / shops, 7 kms from the beaches of alcanar, 12 kms from the beaches of Vinaròs (sandy beaches, pebble beaches, several small coves), 20 kms from Peniscola, 2h from Barcelona and 1h30 from Valencia, 1h from Salou and its huge amusement park (Portaventura) .
