The house is all exterior, facing east. It is on the corner (it overlooks two streets: Carrer Sant Josep and Carrer Terrers), it is very spacious, well lit all day, with all spacious rooms. Perfect for all types of people, especially those with mobility difficulties. It consists of 3 double and triple rooms. A complete bathroom with a large shower, toilet, living room, gallery with sink. The kitchen has a door that leads directly to the street and you can eat outside. You can choose to be quietly in the kitchen, living room and outside the house, to enjoy a 100% family and rural atmosphere. The decoration updates the house giving it a very personal character. The house is freshly painted, decided, restored, with the bathroom and toilet renovated. Mattresses, upholstered bases, bedding (sheets, quilts, bedspreads ...), all brand new. New pans, pots, cauldrons. Some appliances are new like the refrigerator. The house can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests, not counting babies, installing an auxiliary bed in a room. It has built-in wardrobes and drawers to store your belongings.
I will be delighted that you are my guest. In Bolulla you will find everything you are looking for: Tranquility, relaxation, disconnection from daily stress. Immerse yourself in a rural and family atmosphere where time passes more slowly, it becomes relative. The people are friendly and helpful. Greeting everyone has not been lost.
House located in a town of 400 inhabitants. In the upper area to enjoy magnificent views of the mountains in the area. In front of the most unique and beautiful street in Bolulla “Carrer de les Flors”. Near the square, the Town Hall and the Church of Sant Josep dating from the 18th century. The town has playgrounds, senior citizens and sports area. In front of the house is the Bar l’Era, where you can taste the typical dishes of the town and region. The bar-restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner at affordable prices. If you don't want to cook this is a good alternative. Has food to go. Hiking and cycling are highly demanded activities. There are fantastic routes such as the Estret del Rio Bolulla and the Rio Algar. Next to Tàrbena and Callosa d'en Sarrià that has a municipal swimming pool and specialized shops. Near Benidorm, Altea, Albir, La Nucía and Villajoyosa.
