We loved the location and everything about the house - its' size, how equipped it is and the surroundings. We were there late in April when the weather started to be already quite hot, but the house remain cool during the day and fresh in the mornings and evenings. Our only complaint would be the stiff air that lingers in closets and cupboards, so it is important to air them out a bit. Other than that, this is a perceft house and we spend 7 perfect nights in it. It offers wounderfoul views, especially the sunsets and we would book it again if we'd return to this lagical island.

This charming, traditional cottage is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes’ walk from the historic center. Set in spacious grounds, it offers a garden and terrace with views of the canals and volcanic mountains. Set at the foot of Santa Barbara Castle, the cozy Casa Los Divisos features rustic-style décor, antiques and wooden beams. The lounge-diner features plasma satellite TV with CD and DVD player, while the kitchen includes a washing machine, oven and hob. The property has patio furniture and sun loungers, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. There are also several bars, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes’ walk. Car and bicycle rental is available at Los Divisos, which is 15 minutes’ drive from Costa Teguise and 12 mi from the volcanic Timanfaya National park. It has free private parking and is 20 minutes’ drive from Lanzarote Airport.

Our small independent cottage, classic style and well distributed, is located at the foot of Santa Barbara Castle and just a few meters from the Villa de Teguise, best architectural historic-artistic ensemble of the Canary Islands. In the same space you have the living room and kitchen/dining area. Terracotta floors and lots of wood provide a cozy atmosphere. Well furnished terrace with stunning views to the interior of the island and with one of the best sunsets seen on the island.

Neighborhood info

Teguise hosts the largest market on the island on Sunday morning. As being in the center of the island you will be just minutes from the Famara beach and very close to the Manrique's art work. This house is an ideal starting point to explore the island of Lanzarote. CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a reliab company on the island. We can organise and book your car with great conditions: including 2 drivers over age 23, tax fees, free cancellation, no prepayment required, full insurance no excess and unlimited kilometres.
