Wellhomes Tenerife is made up of a team specialized in vacation rentals for short and medium stays. From the dream of a family of entrepreneurs with more than 20 years of expertise in leisure and tourism. One day, they had the vision of converting some of their properties and historic homes that we know today as Caserío El Boquerón or La Casita into tourist accommodation. They wanted to reflect on them their illusions, their positivism and their passion for tourism and the historical and cultural heritage of the Canary Islands. We are committed to creativity, good ideas, cultural exchange, the value of local products and services. Mercedes will be your hostess. She will be the one who will receive you at the Caserío to welcome you and explain how everything works. Do you need advice to get to know and experience the island 100%? Where to go to eat near our accommodation? Do you want an original excursion? She will be the ideal person to give you all the information you need.

Property info

The Caserío el Boquerón is an old Canarian hacienda from the 18th century. It is located in the northeast of the island of Tenerife, just 10 minutes from the sea (specifically 4 km from the towns of Tejina, Bajamar and La Punta del Hidalgo: well known for their natural pools, their fish guilds and for being a good area to practice surfing or bodyboarding). Surrounded by a natural space, rich in native flora and fauna, in an environment of vineyards and traditional agriculture. La Casita de Los Viñedos is one of the houses located on the farm. It is a house with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for a couple or a family with two children. It has high speed internet (600mbps), so the stay is also ideal for remote workers. From its windows you can see the beautiful garden at the top of the farm. Among its species, the vineyards and fig trees stand out, characteristic trees of the Caserío that have been maintained for centuries and that are part of history.

Valle de Guerra is a dream tourist destination that you cannot miss if you are looking for a quiet and authentic place to relax on the island of Tenerife. This picturesque town on the north coast of the island is famous for its impressive natural landscapes, its beautiful beaches, and its rich history and culture. If you decide to stay in the charming Caserío el Boquerón, you will be able to enjoy all the wonders that Valle de Guerra has to offer in first person. You will be able to explore its picturesque streets with fresh air and discover its impressive architectural heritage and relax on the Barranquera beach, located just 10 minutes from the Caserío. You will go down to the beach passing between vineyards and banana trees. A picturesque landscape worthy of some beautiful photos. To move around the island we recommend that you rent a car, so you can visit the most beautiful places on the island. To get to Caserío el Boquerón you will need to arrive by car.
