Casa Pereza is a a modern and elegant mountainside duplex well decorated and with all the comforts to make your stay more pleasant in the highest point of continental Spain, Trevélez, in the heart of the National Park of Sierra Nevada. Ideal for a getaway in search of nature and serenity, right on the edge of the National Park in an authentic mountain village. Perfect for a relaxing time and if you are more active, all kinds of mountain sports as well as cycling in a unique natural area. It should be noted that the town is on the slope of the mountain and is very steep. Access to the house is done by a ramp with stairs and can be difficult for people with reduced mobility. Access with wheelchair is impossible. The house is well divided into two zones: The ground floor has a spacious and comfortable kitchen-dining room where you can live. The kitchen is simple but complete for the stay: ceramic hob, all utensils and dishwasher. The living room has a round table for 4-6 people. The first floor has two bedrooms plus a bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a large space with a double bed and a small corner with armchairs for a peaceful reading with mountain views. Bedroom 2 is a charming room with a double bed and mountain views. On request (and not always available), there is a third bedroom with a single bed and a work area. All bedrooms with viscoelastic mattress and nordic style linen. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. All rooms (except the bathroom) have Sierra Nevada mountain views.

Trevélez is one of the highest towns in Spain and is located at the foot of the Mulhacén, nestled in a deep mountain valley between the Mirador del Chorrillo and the Piedra Ventana peak. It is the gateway to the Mulhacén peak, the highest in the peninsula, as well as to places of special natural beauty such as Siete Lagunas. It is an ideal place to spend a few quiet days walking through the natural environment. And for lovers of the strongest activities, a quick ascent to the most outstanding places of the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, such as Mulhacén, Siete Lagunas or El Puerto de Jerez. Also ideal for lovers of cycling, whether mountain or road, enjoying the beautiful views of the leafy valleys of the Alpujarras. Apartment is located in Trevelez Village (middle), a few steps from the main square of the “barrio medio”, where you can find a supermarket, bakery, townhall and a few authentic bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop for long distance buses. The trekking route to Sierra Nevadas several paths, like the famous “Siete Lagunas” , starts almost from our door.
