We are a newly refurbished unique casa rural containing 3, 3 bed self contained country house's all with a little variation, all having an open planned living room, dining and kitchen area, with all appliances, along with a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink and storage. Each apartment has its own fly free tarrace containing a table with 6 chairs. The outside area is flat and gravelled and has a 5 x 3.5 meter free standing pool. We are located at the beginning of the beautiful quiet village of Santa Maria de Nieva. 1 hour to closest airport, Almería. I supply a personal check in and check out service and I am always on hand for anything that you may need or any help that you may require

We have lived in the village of santa Maria de nieva for two and a half years with our four children. We have converted an old animal block into the casa Rural, with all modern amenities. We are very sociable, friendly and helpful people and will help with any of your needs.

We are set in a quiet pretty spanish village. We have a lovely local bar within a 5 minute low walk. They have a great range of food and drink at very reasonable prices, along with a pool table and football table. Further up from the bar, is a pharmacy, church and then a well stocked local shop. The shop is 0.3 miles, approximately an 8 minute walk. Across the road is a football and basketball court for anyone who would like a game. Perfect for children and adults.
