Fantastic apartment with all the comforts in Madrid. Just 10 minutes by car from the city center. Public transport (bus and metro) very close to the building. Right in front of one of the best shopping centers in the city (CC La Gavia). The apartment is located in a new area, very quiet and comfortable. You will find all kinds of services nearby and without traffic. It has a parking space and swimming pool in the building. * The sofa bed is medium in size.
