Directly from the house to the beach! Welcome to our nice and beautifully decorated apartment in the Costalita area, located between Marbella / Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is located just a few meters from the beach, with direct access from Costalita´s beautiful garden. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. The community has a large communal pool just outside the front door. Perfect for relaxation and vacation! The apartment for 4 people is bright and very comfortable. The kitchen has been renovated 2021. As soon as you enter the front door you will see the amazing view of the Mediterranean. From the living room you go straight out to the terrace overlooking the sea and a beautiful pool in the neighbours garden. In addition to the living room, the main bedroom also has a view of the beach. One room has a double bed and the other two full size single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms were renovated 2023. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and anything else you could wish for! WIFI, air conditioning, sheets and towels are included in the rent. A final cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged.
We live permanently in the apartment and only rent it out during the summer months which we spend in Sweden.
Marbella / Puerto Banus hardly needs any closer presentation. Perhaps, on the other hand, Estepona, which is a truly cozy Andalusian small town with a picturesque city center. Estepona will not make anyone who wants to experience true Spanish environment disappointed! From Costalita it is about 10 minutes by car to both places. There are also public transport available. Within the neighborhood there are several restaurants and bars if you do not feel like leaving Costalita. Large grocery stores are found within a few minutes by car. We hardly need to add that there is a golf paradise with about 15 courses nearby.
