Our cosy 95m2 apartment is located in Benidorm just a 10-minute walk from the Poniente beach. This bright flat with private balcony, plus private parking space, swimming pool and communal barbecue is the ideal place to spend a family holiday and and enjoy Poniente Beach, which is located 800 meters away, within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has capacity for up to 5 people (one of the rooms has a bunk bed), here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. In a building with two spacious elevators, the access to the apartment is easy with a baby stroller, wheelchair, etc. It is located on the 8th floor. The building has a doorman, so he will be able to assist you whenever you need. The apartment is ideal for families or groups of people looking to enjoy the good weather of Benidorm, the beach, and the pool. It is not recommended for those who want to organize parties or events. It is easy to reach the center of Benidorm from the apartment (10 minutes by car or taxi) or the Levante area (15 minutes by car or taxi) The flat consists of the following spaces: - A lounge area with sofa and TV and a dining area (table for 6) - The separate kitchen - The sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1,50x200 and ensuite bathroom * 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 190x90 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for children or for lightweight adults.(190x90) in the form of bunk beds 2 bathrooms (incl. ensuite bathroom) - communal swimming pool (Year-round open pool) - communal barbecue and picnic area - private balcony with outdoor furniture The apartment is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. It has air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. Additionally, you will have bed linen, blankets, soap, etc. To check in, there will always be someone waiting to assist you. The check-in time is from 2 p.m. onwards.

I like taking trips to foreign places, places I have never been before. I enjoy what I do and I like to see people who are enthusiastic too. My great passion is outdoor swimming and animals. I am also a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old girl who is undoubtedly my weakness. Currently, I split my time between Benidorm and Barcelona. It is possible that I may not be able to personally welcome to you during the check-in, but there will always be someone available to take you in. I will inform you well in advance. Our neighborhood, located in the Poniente area, is a peaceful residential area, but at the same time, it is filled with restaurants, nightlife spots, and supermarkets. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find MERCADONA, a well-known supermarket chain. Additionally, we recommend dining at the ISLARES restaurant or PIZZA4U or enjoying a brunch at EL GUIOMAR or BAKERY&CAFE. Everything is conveniently located close to the house.
