Our Finca Las Olivas is located in the south of Gran Canaria, close to the village Ayagaures, on the border of the National Park Pilancones. The Finca has got 16,500m2 and is located on a platform above the valley offering a breathtaking view. To the sea (dunes in Maspalomas) you get through a green valley by car(15min) . There are two buildings right next to each other, both built in traditional style. The main house consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a rest area , and a large bedroom with a bathroom. In front of the house there is a huge terrace with a Canary porch and a summer kitchen with a fantastic view into the whole valley. Next to the main house is a renovated stone barn, whose interior was converted into a bedroom with a bath. The spacious terrace overlooking the orchard and the valley, is straight in front of the house. Nearby you find another large terrace with a pergola and a prefabricated, small pool (12.000 l), which is heated in the winter. In the garden you can find a covered garden gazebo. There are 2 covered parking places. The surrounding land consists of extensive orchards with fruit trees and tropical plants.
