Set in a quiet residential complex that stands out for its typical Andalusian construction. With everything you need within walking distance. The area is surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and just 7 minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Banús and its fantastic beaches and promenade. This apartment is in the fantastic and famous area of Banús and just 7 minutes’ walk from the port and its magnificent beaches, where you can watch the colourful sunsets. The property has a communal pool and concierge in the building. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room integrated into a spacious living room and a cozy reading space; all rooms connected to an outdoor terrace. Master bedroom with Queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Complete bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90cm x 190cm) and a large. The whole area is known for its luxury and has many amenities making it perfect for any kind of holiday. For golf lovers, there are many courses right on the doorstep. The old Bullring in Nueva Andalucia is now the New Arena stadium planning to host all kinds of events, especially music concerts. On Saturdays, there is an open-air market where the bargain hunters can roam for hours browsing the plethora of local items on offer.
