This 3 bedroom apartment is located within the Moncalvillo Golf Club Residential. A magnificent and quiet urbanization located on the mountainside with large private gardens and numerous spaces surrounded by nature. From the urbanization there are numerous mountain routes for hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking or enjoying a picnic in the middle of nature. Also, walking from the house, an area of hundred-year-old vineyards and olive groves create an idyllic setting for a walk and rest. In the surroundings, several wineries that can be visited as well as numerous towns of great historical and artistic beauty such as Navarrete, Nájera, Santo Domingo de La Calzada, La Guardia, Ábalos and Briones and, of course, the Suso and Yuso Monasteries, declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site.
