Ideal location for day trips to: Granada, Cordoba, Málaga, Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, Guadix, Las Alpujarras, Nerja, Frigiliana, Tarifa, etc... ! In the nearby village of Nerja, in Torrox-Costa, private owner rents a self-catering one-bedroom apartment beachfront, with large bay window that runs the entire width of the apartment, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea, beach, the coastal promenade and the mountains. For those who love the beach and sunbathing, you can relax on the free fine sandy beach with its chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and tumbonas (beach sunbeds) 20 metres from this apartment or access to the lifeguard swimming pool with garden and solarium (in season). Amenities at the foot of the residence: restaurants, cafes, baker, butcher, food shops, newspapers shop, shops, banks, doctors, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc... The 40 m² flat, with free internet and fiber optic wifi, is equipped with a living room, dining area, lounge, kitchen, a bedroom and shower room. On the 5th floor with 3 lifts. Extra charges. I felt in love with this coast, the kindness and friendship of its people and climate, here in Torrox-Costa as it is said The Best Climate in Europe and I would like to share this by offering the rental of our apartments in this ideal place, for both, summer holidays on the beach for a relaxing winter holiday. The residence is located on the beachfront of the coastal promenade of 2,5km long and sandy beach "Playa Ferrara" in a family atmosphere, which runs the length of Torrox-Costa resort with his "chiringuitos" & "tumbonas", totally secure, with lifeguards and showers (on season).There are a choice of restaurants, typical Spanish bars,terrace bars,shops,street vendors, kids play ground,Tourist office,outdoors fitness equipment runway beach soccer and basketball for free use given by the City Council
