Located at the highest point of a banana plantation with 180 degrees of sea views. First YOU, then the green of the banana trees, then the black of the volcanic lava and at the end the immense blue of the sea. You wake up to the singing of the birds and you go to bed with a beautiful sunset. A paradise where we guarantee that throughout the year it is neither very cold nor very hot. When the tide is high and there are high waves is spectacular to see them from home crash on the cliffs and listen to the sea ..
We are the grandchildren of Miss Constanza de Ponte, old owner of this house. In this place the 13 grandchildren have lived and grown. That is why during the months of July and August this property is closed so that the great-grandchildren of Doña Constanza continue with the tradition.
Imagine that you have arrived at night you are staying in Malpais 13 and you get up in the morning. You walk to the garden and stop admiring the views of the sea after you walk to your car, before leaving the banana plantation, you pass by a hermitage of the family of the Year 1.565 you leave the farm and 5 km you have the most beautiful town on the island of Tenerife, Garachico.
