To experience a holiday in welcoming accommodation with a refined style in the city center but at the same time in a very quiet residential area, a five-minute walk from the beating heart of the nightlife. The spaces are well distributed, the apartment, with attention to detail, has the charm and elegance of the colonial and Andalusian style that give it its charm. Equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday, the outdoor terrace enjoys light and sun, and has plenty of space for breakfasts, lunches or candlelit dinners. The property is located a few hundred meters from the supermarket and other services (laundry, bars, restaurants, etc.) in the immediate vicinity. 300 meters from the beaches of Corralejo, from the Bristol promenade and a 3-minute walk from the port where you can embark for the excursion to the island of LOBOS, 10 minutes by walk to PLAYA WAIKIKI, 2 minutes by car to ACUA WATER PARK and 4 minutes by car to EL CAMPANARIO SHOPPING CENTER
