Surrounded by 30 hectares of land, this originally medieval villa has much to offer. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool(available during summer), a garden, an open terrace, 2 balconies and a grill. Pets are allowed upon request. Air conditioning is currently not available. Please, note that due to the lack of water and the high risk of fires, the use of the barbecue is prohibited. The double bed is 160x180 and the single beds are 90x180. Beach/pool towels are provided. Smoking is permitted. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site. Parties, events are not allowed.
