Unique building of 7 apartments, recently renovated and decorated with the utmost care and comfort to make you feel at home. Located in the San Bernardo neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Seville Cathedral, the apartments feature a communal rooftop pool and sun terrace.
This building is well connected to the historic center of Seville, as it can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, or by tram (which is located just 6 minutes away from the place). The area, although peaceful, has a large number of amenities available, such as bars, restaurants, a shopping center (Nervión Plaza is a 13-minute walk away), supermarkets (Dia, Mas is a 4-minute walk away), banks, and more. In the neighborhood, there is also a train station that connects to other towns and cities within and outside the province of Seville (a 7-minute walk away). Its exclusive central location allows you to access the main tourist attractions in less than 15 minutes on foot. Near the apartment, within just 2 minutes by car or a 3-minute walk, you can access two public parking options: San Bernardo Parking: 2-minute drive or 3-minute walk Campamento Parking: 1-minute drive or 3-minute walk.
