The surroundings were amazing!! The river is next to the hotel and there are incredible paths to go hiking. The hosts were very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable there. They had a nice breakfast for 5€ which included a homemade cake and delicious toast. The breakfast room made you feel like you were in a cabin in the mountains. The window in the room was very big which made staying in on a rainy day a lovely experience. You could also see the morning fog roll through the mountains from bed. It was great!🥰

Absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful, picturesque and stunning vista. Breakfast is simple but amazing and .the owners are fabulous. The room was spacious and the most amazing view down the valley. Access to the communal kitchen is perfect witb a terrace and picnic area to eat alfresco. They even did some laundry for us which came absolutely perfect. The road in isn't for the faint hearted in places but worth it. Parada de Sil Pueblo is 12 minutes up the road by car and has a number of bar/restraunts that serve amazing Galician food with beautiful terraces to sit on and admire more views. The reservoir is a 2 to 3 minute walk down the path and a refreshing pleasure to swim in. Luis and his family are absolutely wonderful people and nothing was too much trouble. Just make sure if you are not very good at speaking Spanish you have google translate but it worked perfectly.

Great location for access to river, for swimming and amazing views. Also wonderful walking on the GR98 which passes by the hotel. Restaurant options approx 15 mins away by car in the Parada del Sil and otherwise there is a very well equipped kitchen at the hotel where you can prepare your own food.

Beautiful location with a view of the river. Lovely staff, very helpful despite language difficulties. Nice breakfast. Spacious ensuite room. Comfortable lounge for guests plus a well equiped kitchen both with a lovely view. Rabacallos is also at lowest point of a well marked circular path that climbs to Parada de Sil and beyond, good to get the steep up done in the morning, explore the view points, have lunch in the village and then walk down again. The bonus on a hot day is the beautiful and easy to access place to swim just below Rabacallos.

Great place to rest your head. People around there are so kind and supportive. Also, there is a lake which is too near to hotel, so you can walk in the nature if you want. We will be back for longest stay. Thanks
