The apartment is located in a quiet location, close to a 2x18 holes golf course. There are 3 swimming pools in the residential complex, which are not heated, so they are not available from December to March. 1 pool is with saltwater and 2 pools with fresh water. The apartment partially overlooks the sea and the wonderful garden and pool. Terrace with an area of 24m2, comfortable and equipped with a lounge chair. The entire area of the residential complex is barrier-free, so even disabled people can comfortably use all the services and relax in the Mediterranean garden. A comfortable relaxation option for friendly couples or even larger families. The bathrooms are connected to the rooms, so private comfort is also ensured.
Anna is the operator, who has been operating apartments for more than 10 years.
The immediate surroundings of the apartment are a quiet residential area, where people who want to relax can always have a good time. There are many sports opportunities nearby, such as golf, padel, tennis, rock climbing, cycling. The apart from that, it is also an ideal location for their historical trips, as it is close to Malaga, Gibraltar, Marbella, as well as small gems such as Mijas and Ronda. They are all available within 15-90 minutes.
