This luxury villa 'Mopsi' with excellent facilities is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to natural protected parkland with small lakes. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as 2 additional toilets and, can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces and an outdoor shower. A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. No pool use after 11pm. No large parties, but smaller family celebrations allowed. Minimum age of person booking: 25 years. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. There is a welcome pack which includes brochures of places to visit. There is a filtered water system providing ice cold water and water at normal drinking temperature. To get to the 2nd floor, where the 2nd bedroom and 1 bathroom are located, you have to walk across the terrace. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Neighbourhood information

A car is essential to visit the 8 km of beautiful white beaches (approx 8-10 mins drive) and many golf courses. There is one golf course directly below the villa within walking distance. Situated a short drive from Torrevieja, Guademar and only 5 minutes from Quesada itself.
