The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as 2 additional toilets and, can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces and an outdoor shower. A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. No pool use after 11pm. No large parties, but smaller family celebrations allowed.
