La Quinta is a quiet residential neighborhood. At the same time, the house is close to La Quinta Spa, that offers gym, sauna and massages etc. The city center of Santa Ursula an be accessed in 2 minutes by car and larger turistic centers like Puerto de la Cruz are only 5 minutes away by car as well.
